I still like going there however this time all went well except the fact that the service people were also the cashiers which made my stay a little longer than usual. Karl customer service was excellent. I told him that I had to be at work a certain time and the car was ready 1 1/2 hour before. I got a tuneup and brakes work done
Our service manager, Danny K. Had the technician do a thorough review of our 2105 Highlander. The recommended service was in line with Toyota’s recommendations. The vehicle should last over 200k miles thanks to Danny and his team.

I love how you're assigned a dedicated person to monitor service progress and even gives you a number to text him if you have questions. I would have liked to have my driver seat put back and the dash info set back the way it was, but otherwise great service.

For a new car it seems recommendations are made for extra revenue. Such as an alignment with only 16k miles, no bad wear or vibration. Do t feel comforable

Customer service is not the focus. Had to call to find out the status of my car. Placed on hold 3 times, finally got status after 30 mins on hold, because my agent went home and no one was tracking my car.

I was traveling between Virginia and Connecticut and hit a pothole and got a flat tire approximately 1 mile south of Bowie Toyota. I was towed there and before I even got out of the tow truck, a delightful service manager, Imani Andrea greeted me and took care of me for the next three hours until my car was fixed. I was so reassured and impressed by the prompt and professional service I received that I wish they were my own local Toyota dealership!
